Visa Application Fees and Payment Conditions

The visa application fees include the administrative fees (consular fees), the amount of which varies depending on the visa type (see the visa fee table by visa category (pdf)), as well as the Capago service fee, set at €28.

All fees are collected in the local currency, according to the consular exchange rate in effect on the day of payment.

ICAO Standard ID Photos

Capago offers you identity photographs that are 100% compliant with Schengen requirements and the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). These photos are printed on high-quality glossy paper using biometric technology, for a fee of 3.5KWD per applicant.

Schengen Travel Insurance

A specific travel insurance, 100% Schengen compliant, is mandatory for your visa application under European Union regulations(Decision 2004/17/EC of December 22, 2003).If the travel Insurance does not comply with Schengen requirements in accordance with European Union regulations, your visa may be refused.
